Wellbeing camp for CSO workers – what and why?
Thinking of a design for a wellbeing retreat is not an easy task, particularly for a group of CSO workers who come from a conflict area. One needs to combine emotions sharing with storytelling and relaxation. Thus, our agenda looks like this:
Day 0: Introducing participants – storytelling around the fire
Day 1: Negative emotions
Day 2: Communication
Day 3: Motivation
Day 4: Feedback and goodbye
We hope that, upon leaving the camp, participants will join an informal network and keep communicating with each other, support each other and
check in from time to time, so the good and positive vibes will stay as long as possible with them.
At the end of our endeavor we will be producing a booklet on the content,
phases, games activities used in the camp, anonymised testimonials from participants, and tips and tricks based on lessons learned.
Stay tuned for news!
