In a doua jumatate a lunii Noiembrie si inceputul lunii Decembrie, proiectul “Al Treilea Spatiu” a fost lansat oficial si in Suceava (26 Noiembrie), Constanta (28 Noiembrie), Cluj-Napoca (2 Decembrie), Deva (4 Decembrie) si Targu-Jiu (5 Decembrie). Astfel, cercul este complet (proiectul a fost deja lansat in Bucuresti – 25 Iulie – si in Brasov – 23 Octombrie) dar nu inchis. Dimpotriva.
